Facility decommissioning entails many line items of work. Safety Partners will help determine what level of decommissioning you need by reviewing lease terms and conditions, assessing hazardous materials used, observing your facility operations and building conditions, and discussing appropriate liability protection. We have established 2 tiers of this service, offerings can be customized to fit your lab and organization’s needs.

Air & Surfaces Sampling: Determine appropriate requirements, conduct sampling, and analyze results
Decontamination Procedures: Provide comprehensive documentation and oversight of services

Landlord or Property Manager Liaison: Review documentation and reports with relevant stakeholders

Cleaning, Decontamination, and Sanitization Certification Report

Safety Partners will deliver a report certifying that the facility has been cleaned, is free of hazardous materials and contamination, and is ready for unrestricted occupancy. The report is stamped/sealed and dated by a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
