At a career workshop for UMass Lowell biology majors interested in pursuing careers in life sciences and related industries, Aronson shared her story of how she combined 10 years of bench-science biochemistry research with her lab management and lab-safety experience to launch Safety Partners in 1992.

"Life sciences companies are learning that workplace safety increases profitability and competitive advantages," said Aronson. "They look to us for safety services, including radiation safety, biosafety, chemical safety, animal care and use, laser safety and regulatory compliance.
