VisEn Medical, Inc., a leading innovator in the field of molecular imaging, was working with a large property management firm to build out new space for the then expanding three year old company. Unfamiliar with the MWRA permitting process, VisEn's construction/design consultant recommended Safety Partners to oversee the MWRA permitting process. However, due to Safety Partners' in-depth knowledge of the permitting process and ability to complete the permitting process quickly, VisEn asked Safety Partners to perform all of the work necessary to obtain the MWRA permit, which enabled VisEn to begin operations according to schedule. Several months later, VisEn expanded Safety Partners' role, requesting a safety inspection/audit to identify areas for safety and compliance improvement. This work resulted in a contract for Safety Partners for a regular and ongoing presence at the company.

VisEn is extremely satisfied with Safety Partners' knowledge of local permitting regulations, as well as the company's ability to develop and implement a comprehensive safety program in only three months. VisEn also appreciates that Safety Partners provided them with templates for tracking their program, and has educated them on the local, state and federal permitting process, enabling the company to manage that process if they wish. Knowing that they have an effective, practical safety program in place has enabled VisEn to focus on expanding its leadership position in the technology and business of molecular imaging for a distinct competitive advantage.
